Cabernet Franc is an essential component in our top tier reds, however some vintages produce a barrel or two that are simply too good to blend away.

Made in tiny volumes, and first of its kind, this rich and sumptuous wine offers aromas of five spice, crushed bay leaves and mocha with lifted dark floral notes of wild thyme and violets. The palate offers complex flavours of liquorice, dark berry compote and black forest gateaux which are elegantly integrated with the oak. A backbone of acidity carries through to a concentrated, lingering finish.
